Labels against women
Yet another beautiful ad campaign from the brand Pantene. I recently discovered this ad while browsing through Youtube. The internet is really a powerful tool to voice out opinions and to reach out to people of different race, age bracket, social status, and the likes. This ad just blew my mind and made me think of how contemporary women stand in the society today. I'm sure that the whole women population could relate to this issue raised by Pantene and I totally agree and support to this cause.

Morning Reads: Clean your falsies

Falsies alert! FYI, falsies can be re-used and abused as long as we keep it clean and properly stored. I once thought that falsies are only for one time use but I was wrong. I started to learn more about falsies after my trip to Taiwan. Girls there love their falsies so much that you'll spot almost every girl on the street wearing it. Not only in Taiwan but also in Korea as well.
I have encountered girls asking me how to properly store their falsies and I am still searching for proper ways to do so but for now this is what I do to keep them in tip top condition.
Before re-using my falsies, I make sure that I clean them properly. I usually take two to three drops of dishwashing liquid and olive oil then I dilute it with water. This is my supposed cleaner for the falsies. Then I just dip the falsies in it and wait for around 10 to 20 minutes for the glue to loosen. After I just rinse it with water and pat to dry.
Cleaning falsies will not only enable you to re-use it but also help to lessen the chances of eye infection. The last thing you want is coming to an eye doctor complaining about red sore eye due to infection caused by your falsies.
Happy Sunday loves! Remember to always clean your tools and don't forget to go be beautiful! :)

Ice Skin Benefits
Good morning ladies! Here's a quick morning read for you lovelies.
One quick way to get a fresh look in the morning is by applying ice to the face. I've already tested it out for a few days and it works wonders to my dull skin. I noticed how it can instantly brighten and freshen up the face. It stimulates blood circulation and minimizes the appearance of large pores. It's also minimizes the appearance of a bloated face and is a great way to hydrate the skin.
So what do you guys think? Will you try it out?

Product alert: Palty Bubble hair color
Hi everyone! Just a quick alert for you all.
It's that time of the month where I hoard and check out for new products in the market and look what I found!
Palty is now available in SM Manila. I'm not sure thought at other branches but yes! To all my fellow Manileniyos/Manileniyas, if by any chance you're looking for this product, drop by SM Department Store (Watson's section) and check Palty's stall. They've got tons of colors to choose from and it's really perfect for Asian hair. Plus they sell it cheaper than online sellers. I hope next time they also sell Prettia foam hair dye too.
Until my next post!
Go be beautiful Bellas.

Viral: Picture! Picture! An Olay Mini-movie
Hi lovelies! I opened YouTube today to play my favorite YouTube cover artist Alex Goot's soundtrack. While waiting for the video to start this advertisement caught my attention. Picture! Picture! A mini movie ad by Olay.
Plot: Chino (John Llyod) is a wedding photographer who spots a girl crashing his events and ruining his wedding photos. Blah blah blah.. Just watch it guys ☺ It's only 15 minutes.

My thoughts about this ad campaign..
I love the videography! It's well thought of and as you guys can see, pinaghandaan talaga ang production niya. Even for only a non-traditional advertisement this is really well made. Olay is becoming quite viral nowadays with their ads. The last I've watched was Truly, Madly, Smoothly and I loved it so much.
Hmm..That's why I got disappointed with this short film. I don't like it's plot too much. I know it's June and it's the wedding month so maybe they tried to be cohesive with the thought but yeah I don't find the story very appealing. I like the Truly, Madly, Smoothly way better than this one. You guys can watch it too and be the judge ☺
One thing I appreciate though is that although their model is fair skinned they don't literally push that being white is beautiful. The message they are trying to deliver is more of natural beauty and how it can catch attention. This part, I really appreciate it.
I've seen hate comments on YouTube about how Olay is not choosing Filipinas to be their models. Guys sshh muna tayo. Malay natin sa next mini movie diba? Let's just hope and pray. Stop the hate and spread the love ♥
With all being said, I am anticipating for the next mini series if Olay will still keep on producing it. I love the fact that they put much effort to non traditional advertisements today. I think they are one of the pioneers after Dove came out with their inspirational campaigns. And please Olay, come up with better plots. Bawi kayo. Aja Fighting!
What do you guys think of this mini movie? Do you like it?
