Hi bellas! I'm super duper sorry for the late update. I've just been busy attending events and whatnot. As most of you beauty junkies know, Makeup Hub by Natural Collezione recently organized an event called "A make-up workshop like no other". The biggest catch is that the instructors for the said event are renowned pinay beauty gurus from youtube namely Ana Patricia Victorino, Noe Mae Villagonzalo, Say Tioco Artillero and Joyce Sola. Prior to the workshop (which I signed up in), they held a meet and greet event for the fans to be able to meet their idols and get to know them more. The attendees were required to submit an rsvp to be able to get a slot. Luckily I was able to get hold of a slot together with my good ol' friend Sherlyn.

We arrived earlier than expected at the venue. Early birds as they call it, we were given the opportunity to choose where we wanted to sit. Yey!
Sponsoring the event was Chic Cosmetics Manila and Ciate Philippines. Ciate was giving free manicure makeovers during the event and being the kikay girls that we are, Sherlyn and I lined up at the manicure station to get our nails done.

I was amazed at how precise Ate grace (manicurist) was putting nail polish on Sherlyn. In fairness, manilis at swak na swak sa nails. Great job ate Grace. Thank you so much!
Chic Cosmetics Manila was also selling their products during the event. They have all sorts of brush set that were to die for. Promise! Ang lambot ng mga face brushes nila and I super wanted to buy one but hesitated because I knew that I'd be getting a brush set at the workshop. Instead of buying myself a brush set, I opted for the NYX soft matte lip cream. The shades I got were San Paolo and Sydney.
The event started with Noe leading the prayer. Then we proceeded to the Q & A portion where we had the opportunity to ask the gurus questions regarding their career and passion. They shared their YouTube stories and how they started their career as makeup artists. It was a night full of inspirational talk.
Real life barbies in the flesh!

After the Q and A, we played games answering questions about the beauty gurus. Whoever got it right takes home a makeup loot from Makeup Hub. Too bad I wasn't able to answer any.

A lot of bloggers and youtube gurus also came to meet the fab 4. Some of them were Shebby of Shebby Chic, Teena of Ang Kikay Ko, Bing of The Project Awesome, Raych of The Beauty move and a whole lot more.

After the game portion we were allowed to mingle around and take photos with the gurus. At the same time we were served our super yummy snack/dinner. I had the opportunity to take photos with Ana, Noe and Joyce.
There was also a photo booth at the event. Sherlyn and I went gaga over it. It was just a well planned event. People were really enjoying themselves all throughout the night.
We played another game which is a tag team game (a beauty guru + a volunteer from the audience). As most people call it in the youtube world.. "The 5 minute makeup challenge", where the beauty guru needs to give the volunteer a makeover within 5 minutes. Their theme was Avant Garde.
Succeeding this game which Ana won was another 5 minute challenge wherein 2 volunteers from the audience will do a bridal makeup look. Whoever wins gets to take home a makeup loot.
Finally Sarah and Karen of Makeup Hub closed the event with a picture taking session at the stage.
