Yup, I'm inviting you guys to join me on my walk. I love going on walks. It calms my mind and makes me appreciate my surroundings more. It pumps up my creative juices and makes me draw more. The only way to become happy is to simply appreciate the small things in life.
I love to put on a printed dress whenever I'm indecisive on what I should wear. I love how a simple A-line dress can accentuate any body shape.
A belt can make or break your outfit. It an also enhance your body shape. Cinch in a belt to achieve an hourglass silhouette.
The trick to pulling off a colorful look without looking over the top is by keeping the color scheme close to a triad (maximum of 3 bold colors) and enhance it with neutrals. Blacks and neutrals can also become a good color breaker to minimize the shouting colors of an outfit. In my look, the prominent colors are pink, blue and orange accompanied by nudes and black. The black colored tights made me look taller and slimmer while the nude bag broke the boldness of the look.
I love the pretty patterns from this art nouveau inspired dress. Totally a statement piece one can wear even at formal gatherings or parties. I personally love to play with colors and patterns because it brings life and character to my wardrobe. I love outfits that can speak and define my personality.
Color blocked shoes can accentuate your entire look without looking over the top. I picked a shoe that closely matched the color scheme of my outfit.
Who can tell me where this photo was taken?
Yup it's inside the University of Santo Tomas Campus. I always pass by here whenever I have free time or when I just feel empty and bored. Being a fine arts student we were always asked to draw the Arc of the Centuries located near this lane. Ohh fun times. Sino pa ang mga Thomasians diyan? Comment down below and share to me some of your wonderful moments.
